Digital detox gadget
The digital detox gadget: tech against too much tech.
Sounds paradoxical, works brilliantly: a small NFC gadget on the fridge decides when your smartphone can be loud — and when it's just a phone again.

This puck helps you stare at your smartphone less often.
“The Zenbox is such a well-made gadget for digital breaks that you wonder why nobody thought of it before. It reduces the time you spend on your smartphone effectively and without hassle. There is no subscription, no sign-up and the app shares no data with the developer.”

What makes this gadget different
Most detox gadgets are decor with a clear conscience: phone jails nobody uses, timer boxes that annoy. Zenbox stays invisible in daily life — a 5 cm puck with no display, no battery, no blinking. All the intelligence lives in the free app; the box is the physical key that makes your rules binding.
The hard facts
- Ø 50 × 16 mm, featherlight, with magnetic core — sticks to fridge, radiator, whiteboard.
- NFC not battery: passive, forever — nothing to charge, nothing to break.
- 3D-printed in Stuttgart from sustainable, oil-free material.
- Full app included: timer, schedules, limits, sleep mode, website blocking — no subscription, no account.

FAQ
Isn't this just another device lying around?
Exactly the opposite — it lies around on purpose, where you have to go. The walk to the box is the feature.
How is it different from a phone safe?
Your phone stays with you and usable (calls, maps, camera) — only distraction is locked. Compare: phone box without distance lock.
What does the gadget cost?
€49.99 once — app, updates and all features included. No subscription.
