General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Shopify Shop "Zenbox"

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The following applies in relation to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are in euros, including the statutory value added tax (if applicable) and plus shipping costs.

4. Delivery

We deliver by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is currently not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available to you in our shop:

  • Additional payment methods, depending on availability

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal as described in the withdrawal instructions.

8. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without delay.

9. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
