Right of Withdrawal

30-Day Right of Return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day
on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
It is sufficient if you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Return of the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
