Ich muss zu einem Gerät gehen – und genau das funktioniert.
Ursprünglich war die Idee, dass ich Social Media während der Arbeitszeit sperre, aber ich bin mittlerweile so weit gegangen, dass ich Social Media auch am Abend sperre. Die Zenbox liegt in meinem Büro, also zwei Stockwerke entfernt vom Wohnzimmer. Und siehe da, es gibt wieder mehr und vor allem fokussiertere Gespräche.
Und ein weiteres Plus ist, ich habe gemerkt, dass mir Insta es nicht wert ist zwei Stockwerke zu gehen. 🤷♀️
Bottom line: Ich empfehle die Zenbox, alleine schon, weil etwas günstiger ist und man sie nicht aus den USA liefern lassen muss.

Für mich ist die Zenbox eine alltagstaugliche Unterstützung. Sie hilft dabei, Aufmerksamkeit bewusster zu lenken und im Familienleben präsenter zu sein.
Die App wird stetig weiterentwickelt und bietet sicher in Zukunft tolle weitere Features.
Hatte diesbezüglich eine Anfrage an den Entwickler, die auch sehr zügig und freundlich beantwortet wurde. Ich freue mich, die App zukünftig dafür zu nutzen, bewusste Handypausen einzulegen. Dafür ist die physische Sperre (Deaktivierung nur über NFC Token) für mich die beste Methode – Hinweise bzgl Handy-Nutzung etc von meinem iPhone drücke ich bisher zu oft weg… ;-)
Zenbox ist für mich erste Produkt, das mir geholfen hat den Fokus zu halten!!! Endlich komme ich vom Handy weg und kann hoffentlich wieder mehr meiner Sucht entgehen. Danke danke danke!!!
